Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting independent artistry at Anagha Varma. We take great pride in our handmade creations and want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the soul of our craft, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: If we made it specifically for you, it’s yours forever.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event.

  • Digital Downloads: Any digital patterns or art prints.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Since art can be delicate, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [mail[at]anaghavarma[dot]com] with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Note: For domestic orders within India, we recommend filming an "unboxing video" to help us expedite claims with our courier partners.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the mistake is ours, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement at no cost.

  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. International Returns (Outside India)

Please be aware that for international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within [e.g., 5-7] business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
